Eu sei, mas não me parece incorrecto o que escrevi...
Não é, especialmente quando se fala de poesia. Estive a investigar e até há um movimento para "capitalize" o nome. Quando inquirido directamente por um tradutor francês, disse preferir E.E. Cummings mas que não se importava com E. E. Cummings (eventuais problemas de impressão com a primeira grafia). Pelos vistos também não se importava muito com a grafia de letras minúsculas. As minhas desculpas.
